Role & Responsibilities-

IT Support Engineer shall meet the following basic requirements.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to IT onsite support services, guided by customer service principles.
  • Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to set priorities effectively and maintain a work routine that supports multitasking.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Independence: Capability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Technical and Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and comprehensive knowledge of client IT technology.
  • Have two years of IT support professional experience, and if applicable, also have VIP support professional experience.
  • Dedicated OSS Specialists are required to participate in and complete the relevant company basic training in the Customer training system.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in local language and communicate with Teams online in English.
  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of office printers, scanners, and multifunctional equipment.
  • Event Preparation: Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for events, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
  • Onsite Support: Provide real-time technical support during events to ensure smooth operation and address any issues promptly.
  • Work with Customer to plan and coordinate any necessary attendance of third-party supplier technical personnel or other IT personnel on Customer site, including confirming that these personnel have completed any necessary on-site visit training.
  • Provide on-site support for video conference rooms, assisting users with pre connection and connection support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Good Exposure on IT Infrastructure domain is required
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
